i think what they use is some kind of a bad word filtering, which blocks the page if it detects like 4 to 5 suspected words.

I didnt pay them for a child package. I paid them for ROL Broadband 256k Value package which is 399 / month. Student package is ROL Value Pack 256k which is for 299 / month.
